“Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery -……

“We didn’t stay. We didn’t know that it was a shared house and our private space was only the bedroom (wasn’t clear on description), also the owner lives in the house and he has 2 larger dogs.We just didn’t feel safe to stay”

“It wasn’t very clean so my gripe is mostly with the cleaners also too much bulky furniture in a small space l was there on my own and it was hard to move around the seats are wrapped in glad wrap and very uncomfortable would be better with a small couch and a bigger table making it easier to prepare food l wouldn’t go again if it stayed the same and get rid of some garden so you can park off the street”
