“We had a lovely stay - the house was exactly as depicted in the description. Good amount of space for our family of five, very comfortable beds - excellent yard for our furry family member. The owner was fantastic in her communication - always very quick to respond and very helpful.”

“Lovely unit,welcoming host via ph .loved our stay ! very roomy inside. Walk-thru garage ,secure big enough grassed yard . Very welcoming ,homey feel. Nice extra little touches by host, PlayStation &variety games.condiments saltoeo ,sauce evt and milk . Extra blankets in rooms,comfy couch large beds..only fault would be bit of a tight drive way,but only due to neighbours,no fault to the unit itself. My dog loved the feel and ran around happily for the first stay we had been at, making the stay……

“Location was great, siper comfy beds, maybe if anything some updated pictures of home and failed to be able to lock main bedroom windows, but otherwise we were super comfy and happy with accommodation and responses from host were virtually immediate, so all is good4.5stars”

“When we arrived the cleaners were still there [which was not their fault] but was due to the previous party having made a terrible mess. We said we'd do a bit of shopping while they finished the cleaning. We returned later and the house was in good order. There were a couple of miscommunications but they were sorted out by the owner, who was prompt in returning our calls. The location was good and close to various amenities. We would definitely stay again when going to Melbourne. So we would……

“Perfect spacious ”

“Excellent location within walking distance of plenty of shops, cafes and the waterfront. Check in was very easy. The rooms were well furnished and equipped we had a connecting studio and 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect with our 2 young kids. All staff were very friendly. We loved the housekeeping service. And we were able to store our bags on check out until we needed to go to the airport. Would stay again.”

“ The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is……

“We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel……
